Yes. We have a rental minimum of $650 for deliveries located within 29 miles of our warehouse in Camarillo, Ca. For deliveries 30-75 miles beyond our location, we have a $900 rental minimum.

We have a $300 rental minimum for showers and petite events.

*Delivery, set up, styling, and pick up are not included in the rental minimums.

A layout/schematic MUST be provided prior to delivery for items to be placed by our delivery team.

We calculate each delivery order on a case by case basis. Most deliveries require a specifically timed delivery and specifically timed late night venue pick up.

The fee will also depend on the size of your order, distance traveled (multiple round trips), ease of access, and how many team members it will need to set up your event. White glove styling of your rented items is also included in this delivery fee which means we make sure everything is picture perfect for your day.

We do our best to provide an accurate quote but there are variables such as long distance from parking, stairs, hills, and very late night or early morning pick up times that may require an extra fee.

Simply send us your wishlist and we will create your personal proposal along with images of the items. Your rental quote will stay active in our system for 5 business days.

Once you have decided on your pieces, we will send you an invoice to approve along with rental agreement to be signed.

All orders are based on a first come first served basis due to the limited quantity of specialty items and dates available.

Your rentals and date are considered booked once we have received the signed rental agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid.

We require a 50% non-refundable initial deposit to reserve your items. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days from your event. Your items will not be reserved until the initial payment and signed rental agreement has been received.

Orders booked less than 30 days in advance must be paid in full.

We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card (3.6% convenience fee applies). Checks are only accepted on a case by case basis.

You are able to edit your order and/or exchange items based on availability up to 30 days before your event date.

The order cannot dip below more than 10% of your original invoice subtotal amount or below the required rental minimum.

We do allow items to be picked up such as small decor, rugs, poufs, and certain approved items up to our discretion.

Our delivery team is trained to move our fragile and large rental pieces. Items such as mirrors and peacock chairs can no longer be picked up. We will leave it up to our staff to handle expert delivery of these items.

A fee of $25 will be added to all will call orders and are by appointment only.

We ask that you let us know the EXACT TIME you will be picking and returning up to a week prior to your event.

If your items need to be returned outside of normal hours or you are more than 30 minutes late to pick up or return items, you will incur a $25 late fee.

When picking up items, we ask that you bring a covered vehicle with appropriate straps and blankets. We do not supply staff to load or unload items.

We understand things happen! When you complete our rental agreement we ask that you provide a credit card to be kept on file in the case of any damage.

We do our best to try and clean the items ourselves. In the event professional cleaning services are required, we charge you for cleaning plus a convenience fee of $50.

But don’t worry we access all damage first and provide pictures and descriptions of the incident.

If the item can not be cleaned or repaired, you will be charged a replacement fee up to 5x’s the rental rate. Upholstered items that cannot be cleaned will be charged for cost or re-upholstery, fabric and an additional service fee of $100.00 for time out of our rental inventory.
